Cancellation Policy

At Clean Work, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our clients' needs to the best of our abilities. However, in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy outlined below:
1. Notification: Please provide us with at least 72 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another client.

2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.

3. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, where no prior cancellation notice is given, the full service fee may be charged.

4. Canceling recurring service: Please provide 2 weeks notice to cancel a recurring service. 

5. Contact: To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Layla during our business hours.

Payment Policy

Invoices will be issued after the cleaning is completed. In the event of delayed payment, a late fee of 15% will be applied per month for invoices outstanding after 30 days. In case of prolonged non-payment for 3 months, the remaining balance will be forwarded to a collections agency for resolution.
