Service Details
All services are generally priced by square foot and number of bathrooms. Pets, people, size and customization of kitchens and bathrooms and the total number of rooms and staircases cleaned are also taken into consideration.
Recurring Cleans
Choose the frequency that fits your lifestyle.
Weekly: $.06-$.08 per sq/ft
Biweekly: $.07-$.09 per sq/ft
Monthly (every 4 weeks): $.07-$.10 per sq/ft
$20 for each additional bathroom.
Deep Clean
For a one-time clean or the first clean of a recurring service we will clean all those often overlooked places, baseboard, trim, ceiling fans, crevices.
Deep Clean: $.15-$.25 per sq/ft
$30 for each additional bathroom.
Moving Clean
Have every part of your vacant home cleaned prior to moving in or handing it over to the new inhabitant. Includes kitchen and bathroom cabinet interiors and the fridge interior. Excludes oven and dishwasher interiors.
Moving Clean: $.15-$.25
Construction Clean up: $.25 per sq/ft
$30 for each additional bathroom.
Terms of Service
Cancellation Policy
Please provide 72 hour notice to cancel an upcoming clean. Cleans canceled less than 72 hours before will result in a $25 cancellation fee. There is also a $50 lock out fee if a cleaner shows up for a scheduled clean and isn’t able to access the home. Please provide 2 weeks notice to cancel a recurring service.
Payment Policy
Recurring services are invoiced after the clean is completed. Invoices that remain unpaid 30 days after invoicing will be subject to a 15% late fee per month. After 3 months the outstanding balance will be sent to a collections agency.
